Ringtone not making a sound

Hi 

I have a s22 ultra and I can't here my call ringtone so I end up missing most of them
I have nothing stopping it and tried to reset my phone but it didn't solve the issue

I dont have any 3rd party customisations
And I tried safe mode and flight mode but it didn't work

Check Bluetooth if paired with something you're not using could be cause.

And all other sounds, i.e., notifications, system sounds are okay?

I have a watch 4 that is connected, I tried to do it when. The watch was powered off but it didn't work

One final thing to try...

Settings>notifications >app notifications. Tap 3 dots top rh corner. Tap 'Show System Apps'

Scroll down and find 3 entries
1) Phone
2) Phone calls
3) Phone services

Tap each one individually and ensure 'Allow sound and vibration' is toggled ON. Check 'Notification types' are ALL allowed. Finally, tap 'Notification catagories' and ensure all entries are toggled ON. As said, do this for all three entries.

1. Settings > Sounds and vibration > Vibrate while ringtone ON

2. Ringtone > Vibratie while ringtone > Please turn off " Sync with ringtone  "

Thank you so much it has solved the issue finally I can hear my ringtone 😄
