Random Ads

Hi, I'll sometimes just be on my home screen or an app and then all of a sudden I get hit with AD or Website that goes full screen. I've deleted some recent apps that could be causing it and also ran scan for virus. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks

Can you put the phone into Safe Mode to see if the ad's your experiencing stops.

> Safe Mode  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict.
