I created my code but when I try to redeem it at Disney it is telling me it has either already been redeemed or is only for new customers. Is anyone else having this issue?

Did you ever manage to sort this out. I have just bought the s22 and I am also getting the loop and no code. Is there a fix, why can't they just issue you a code when you purchase the phone.
