Problem after official One UI 5.0 Update s22 ultra

I'm UK O2 customer galaxy s22 ultra owner and last night I registered the new update, after which I have problem with internal storage, now I have no access to it and I see 0 B / 0 B internal storage.

After restart I see 150 GB / 250 GB internal storage and I can access it for several seconds and after that again my internal storage go to 0 B / 0 B and is not possible to access it.

Do someone have the same problem like me, or knows how should I fix this?

Mine S22 Ultra keep on restarting. Apps used for 20 second, freeze then restart automatically. My phone has been restarted hundreds of times. Any have the same problems? How can I uninstall UI 5.0??

I've just tried this and it seems to be working fine for now, but just as I went into WhatsApp I had to add a profile pic, which popped up and went away then when I went into my chats all my numbers had no names and a few minutes later it asked me to allow access of contacts for WhatsApp, hope it works :).

I updated my S22 Ultra yesterday morning and now whenever I restart my phone it keeps restarting non stop on its own and it gets very hot. I'm unable to use my phone after that update, please help somebody?

Can anyone help. After my s22 ultra updated its been on the " phone starting" page. Over 24 hours now. If I pull down the screen I can access messages but have no access to home screen or any apps. Thanks

Mine did same thing call waste 3 hour on tec support. Ooo you have bring your  phone in its a  Is corrupted download. Bs evey one is have same problem. 

Didn't help. You update is *****. Don't you test it out before released. I'm on vacation not phone say full. Can take any picture or send. Text in super slow. The proble is your update. Talk to tec support. Ooo downlown file is Is corrupted. I bought a new s22 5g for $1k for this trip not even a year old. So I could have the best speed, video and pix. Now the phone is worthless. Till your team send a fixed uptade. This is way your losing customers. I been a fan for 35 years. Sick up the company continuous F UPS. Fire the peoples that approved finally release. I be move over to Apple after this ***** phone takes a dump and bad mouthing samsung for the rest of my 50 years of life. Over and over you release ***** updates. People phones are people lifes, work, live, travel gps, Document memories and mics exxx. Where do find these clowns, I guess you get what you pay for Rd employees. The only thing you do right is the tv'$ but I'm sure you start Fn that up too. Cb

Get a apple f samung, they have done with with every phone that I have had with them. I been with them 35 years and every year they do the same thing. I'm done with them.

I appreciate that you are giving an option but IPhone is also cr** I was able to fix my restarting issue after android 13. I had to factory reset my phone and now its all back to normal and even better. Thanks for the advice guys, cheers.

The Point is I paid 1k for a new phone that didn't last 11 months. WHat did do with the 200g of stuff on your phone and all of the bookmarks and auto login. They broke it with a sht update that wasn't tested. Like every phone they have ever made. I'm on the other side of the world on vacation and can't even take pictures or get a ok signal. With the top of the line phone that less then a year old.  I should have to refactory set my new phone every year. I paid top coin for this.. been travel the world the last year. Don't have the stuff to back up the data pictures with me right now.  It's bs.. your young so you have dealt with their inconpidence for years.
