Currently it's in Beta testing on Google Pixel devices. It's not long been released on these phones

At the moment it's in Beta 2 stage
So it's not likely going to be released probably till much later this year

@ANDYREID1967 This has been asked a few times now, realise some may have missed it though. For Samsung devices Beta is predicted to launch around August but nothing official yet. Further information here https://www.gottabemobile.com/samsung-galaxy-android-14-update-info/
