S22 series UI 5 is already available with Android 13 long ago depending on where you are, I'm in UK, and just had as well security update for November too. Just try to update your phone.

One ui 5 is already out, I have it on my S22ultra in UK but I'm still waiting for the November security update, some have it, I'm with o2 unlocked device

Had full Android 13, ONEUI5 and November Security Update on new S22+ since 2 November.

@AshV  Hello, in principle, you should have received the ONE UI 5.0 Update on your phone. If you haven't received this update yet, try Samsung's Smart Switch app. On the other hand, one of the reasons for not receiving the Update is that your phone does not have firmware, intended for the UK market. Check the Carrier Software Information in your Device Information. I could put a screenshot of the Settings / About phone / Software information / Operator software version section. Here they will answer if it is versión  UK. Greeting.
