Please please please tell me it is a joke

I've never ever in my life wrote a whiny post like this, but One UI 7 has arrived to my phone and tablet yesterday, and I could not be more annoyed.  I won't even start going into details, you exactly know what I am talking about... everything about it is just bad

As a loyal S-series user since S4, I must say this is exactly how you get rid of customers real quick

Hi.
I loved UI 6.1 before as well, and it was a heartbreaking farewell with it, but once I updated my devices to UI7 I couldn't be more happy. I personally love One UI7, the devices both tablet and phones are quicker and smoother operating, the battery lasts longer (S25U drains a bit quicker than before update though, but S24U lasts longer than ever), the camera has been enhanced, there are new software features, for me is better.

Please, please, tell us you're joking when you say you've been using a Samsung since the S4 , it seems that you have no idea about Samsung and its excellent personalization.

I loved it had no problems with it and way more customisable than one ui 6 so I'm going back to it because the one ui 8 beta has teething issues as expected
