Hello,
as others here I'm currently (not)happy owner of the regular S23. I bought the phone 3 months ago and it was working fine, I did the update in December, still fine, till last week when I came back from abroad (but this can be also a coincidance). I started to notice resets of the SIM cards (I use dual SIM). By that I mean that when doing anything the signal goes completely off and comes back immidiately after a second. There is no any pattern when it happens. I'm sitting still, the signal bars are on one card full (I use 3G on this one), on a second one there are 2 bars. Did anyone noticed anything likes this? Do you think it is a software issue, or most likely hardware? I reset network settings, wiped cache, cleaned physically both SIM cards - nothing helped. I contacted Samsung and they told me to send the phone to the service but for now I'm not the biggest fan of this idea as I need the phone on a daily basis. I cannot believe that such an expensive phones have issues with basic things like keeping a signal.

I had a similar issue after being forced to update to 6.0. Calls/text were OK, but despite my phone saying mobile data was turned on and that I had 5g, everything was stating I had no internet connection. After hours of faffing, I found that my mobile network APN had been changed to ims after the update. I was able to change it back to my network providers (o2 pay monthly) and the issue was sorted.
All well and good but if I didn't know to search for these things/wasn't familiar with smartphones id be thinking the update had broke my phone. I'm starting to regret moving back to Samsung from OnePlus and I'm only 2 months into owning this 🤦🏼♀️

The Samsung repair store did troubleshooting and gave me a report that they could not find anything wrong with my phone. They are suggesting me to replace the antenna with no guarantee that it will solve the problem. My phone connects to the network at some places. Samsung store is one of them. It is not easy to detect the issue. AT&T is telling me that the recent update by Samsung has caused the issue and they do not know how to fix it
