Notification content issue

can anyone help, the notifications are currently showing like this on the Lock Screen but I’d like them in individual grey banners with some detail of what it is/says. How do I do that?

let's get this sorted together. Can you please head into your phone Settings> Notifications> Select Detailed?

If this is not displaying as you wish, head into the phone Settings> Lock screen> Notifications> Details.

Ah, I think I’ve figured it out. Lock star in good lock was switched on but no settings were in it as such. Used it on my note 20 ultra previously which I used smart switch to transfer over. Now it’s turned off, it seems to be giving me more details. Thank you
