Why I dont get any update plus the battery drain problem

Please look in Settings > Software Update > Last Update.

Please tap on that and let us know.....

• What your last Update was.
• Was the phone purchased direct from Samsung or was it supplied by a network.

I purchase it from Samsung direct and since I have it no update and the battery drain so fast

In Settings, About Phone tap on Software Information and screenshoot that to show what Android Security Patch level your on please.
