I tried a network reset: backing up data to Samsung Cloud froze at 46.26% with 2 hours 51 minutes to go. Then discovered (from web searches) that there is a 15GB backup limit to Samsung Cloud: mine stopped at 9.35GB of 15+ GB. So abandoned this option and went back to troubleshooting: basically, is the fault with the SIM card, the network or the phone? Still don't know.

I don't understand either. I tried two SIM cards in my phone, both from Sky Mobile, have worked fine for years. Now one only works with Wi-Fi calling, the other doesn't work at all. Going round in circles: have checked virtually everything suggested in this user group. Getting very fed up.

I'm having the same issues, or at least a similar one. When I'm at home with wifi and try to text or call someone it says this, but when I'm out and away from wifi I can text and call but can't use the internet. I've tried all the things, rebooting, turning on airplane mode and reconnecting to the tower etc. I've went to my carrier twice now. The second time they changed the similar card and everything works in the store, but as soon as I get home does the same thing. I'm thinking it started around the time of the last update on my software so I'm wondering if it has to do with that.
