After updating my Samsung S22 + with android 13 software, I can no longer access the internet with my mobile data. i can access internet fine when connected to WI-FI.
my internet/service provider's coverage is fine in my area.
tried resetting, turning everything off and on and other steps.
but still cannot access the internet with mobile date.
any solutions or suggestions?

only got he one sim card and only 1 sim card gap. so not sure what you mean

Meaning a different sim, maybe ask a friend to lend you one to test, to exclude the current one as somehow causing an issue.
But before that clear phone cache

Same issue here on a Galaxy S22, after an update yesterday, no mobile data connection. Tried all the above, including changing SIM card - it's the phone, not the SIM card...! Anyone else with the same issue?

Have the same issue with my Note 20 Ultra and S21. Both phones doesn't have an internet connection. Already tried a factory reset, did not help
