Netflix Brightness problem

Even though I'm shining through the app on Netflix, tv shows and movies are very dark. There's nothing wrong with YouTube, but I can't watch a Netflix show. I talked to Netflix and he told me it was about the device. Is anyone else having this problem?

Tried everything. Youtube nothing wrong.

Is only on Netflix when this happens on my Samsung mobile.

Yet everything else is fine..I think its Netflix and Samsung.

Yep.. done all that.. still doesn't work.

Youtube and other videos are fine.

Netflix and build in video player.all hdr conntent are dark.it was same problem on s23 s22 s21 .the last whit great hdr playback was s10 .

Finally there is a setting now on Netflix app on Samsung TV for HDR enabled / disable. Disable it and have nice, bright movies !! Finalllyyyyy
