Navigation bar on top of app

Hello, after updating phone the navigation bar stays on top on app when before it didnt. For example I use Fanfiction a lot and never had this problem. The navigation bar before used to disappear and when I needded to leave the navigation would appear, now it stays on always and cant use the botton options of fanfiction when reading, am trying to put a screen shot.

Is that only app it happens. Any customisations dpi/font changes. Custom theme

Went to check other apps, and noticed that the navigation bar is darker on facebook, but the only app I really notice more is fanfiction as fanfiction I need to use the botton same as navigation bar

No. Same problem on Google maps or Waze.

Here is an example with Google maps. Samsung, you can't just kick the can down the road, you have to fix it.

And there is no way to move the button "Publier" up by scrolling the page up. It remains stubbornly under the navigation buttons. So it cannot be pressed.

My Samsung phone was updated today, and Google maps is up to date.
