That would be why you aren't getting updates, a phone designed and manufactured to work in the US won't work properly in another country unfortunately. The CSC code of a phone needs to match the country it is being used in to receive updates.
But i get others updates like One ui 4.1, but I was searching for this model and it's seams that samsung has not released the update yet so I probably has to wait :c
