My charger only seems to support super faster charging and not fast charging

I'm using s22 ultra it used to do fast charging now its either regular or super fast.. I've tried turning off super fast and now only regular works

You need to buy the 45W and the device needs to be compatible.
I have worked on my S20 Ultra doesn't work on my Fold 3
