Mobile data issues following update

Looking for some help with the lack of mobile data connection on my s22 ultra following a software update yesterday morning. One UI version 6.0, Android Version 14.

I've tried rebooting, resetting network settings, toggling mobile data and flight mode, replaced sim and tried using it in different places but same issue remains.

The phone appears to show a 4G next to the signal bar but when I attempt to connect to the Internet, it shows no Internet connection. Other mobiles (iphones) on Sky UK network at my home are all working well.

Appreciate any support with this as it's only occurred since the software update yesterday.

Hi @Kirk1701.

If you have Power Saving Mode enabled, then turn this off. You can turn this off by going into Settings > Tap on 'Battery and device care' > Device care > Battery > Toggle off Power Saving. Then, go into Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network mode > Tap on LTE/3G/2G or 4G.

Same issue, sometimes resetting the phone works but stops working soon after

Exactly the same problem here. Changing power saving doesn't help. My phone basically thinks there are no sim cards while still seeing the two sim cards. Can't make nor receive any phone calls or messages. 

 

This better be fixed soon!
