[Messaging Reactions]

So I needed to get a new GS22 ultra under my 1 year warranty. But now I can't get my reactions to work on almost all of my messages. I checked and all the setting from the old device and all updates are the same. Chat is enabled. When two people send me texts I can react but I can't with anyone else's texts. I'm assuming it has to be they way they are sending me messages or how my phone takes their messages. Any help would be appreciated. I used to be able to react with any message.

as per the information provided it appears that only these two people are using this feature. Were you able to send reactions to other users on your previous phone?
