So like many, may phone keeps freezing, restarting, and going in to a reboot loop until it finally just turns on. Does this several times throughout the day for seemingly no reason. It gets hot while doing this and eventually I just leave it to do its thing. At first, I felt it only did it on wifi but today, it did it several times while I as out in town on my mobile network. My voice to text ability has also stopped working and its caused issues with Android Auto where it randomly shuts off and says "Waiting for action from user." All my issues started a day, maybe 2 after the most recent update. I have tried to clear the cache partition mentioned in other posts, used "device care" to identify any apps causing issues, used it in safe mode, and still no improvement. I finally have just been sending the error reports to Samsung Members and suggest others do the same. Hopefully Samsung pushes out a fix soon!

Call samsung, I called yesterday and talked to a tech person on the phone. He did some basic troubleshooting, had me reset some settings, then he had me download the smart tutor app and he was able to get into my phone and check some things, he said my phone had a ton of stuff running on the background, after he got done my phone started working normally. It has not shut down and reset since then.

I called this number and was not charged and they fixed my phone via going through the smart tutor app. They were able to remotely access my phone and clean up a few things and it completely stopped glitching. It's been a few days and everything is working perfectly. (i do not have insurance on the phone)

There is, just open Developer Options and check out Running Services. You can see all the garbage that is constantly turning on and off in the background. Whether you are using your phone or not. Definite scam.

Can you reshare the number, as it was removed and other people with the same issues would find it very helpful. I'm assuming Samsung doesn't want lawsuits for doing something similar to what Apple did with the older iphones, causing people to lose functionality. For paying almost $1500 for this device and taking care of my investment, I feel like I should be able to make and receive calls without it dropping me from my cellular and wifi networks. I miss calls, don't receive calls, drop the calls I do receive and without any damage to my device. I had insurance but this issue started after it expired this year following their software update.
