Is there any way to decline the One UI 5.1 Update?

After hearing all of the problems and issues with the One UI 5.1, I would like to decline the update, at least until the bugs are fixed.  Is there any way to do this?  Right now the phone (S-22+ unlocked) is forcing the update.  Apparently, the only way I have to keep it from updating is to keep changing the rescheduling time.

I've not noticed any bugs or problems with 5.1 on Samsung s20 ultra, it's actually fixed the camera issues

I've had the 5.1 update on my S22 with no problems at all. It's all running super smooth with no battery issues.
