Hi! Welcome to the Samsung Members community!

* Turn off your device: Ensure your phone is completely powered off.
* Connect to a computer: Plug your phone into a computer using a USB cable.
* Enter Recovery Mode: Press and hold the Volume Up key.
* Simultaneously press and hold the Power key.
* Release both keys when the Android logo appears.
* Navigate to Recovery Menu: Wait for the Android system recovery menu options to appear.
* Use the Volume Down key to navigate through the menu options.
* Select "Wipe Cache Partition": Highlight "Wipe cache partition" using the Volume Down key.
* Confirm the selection by pressing the Power key.
* Confirm "Yes": Use the Volume Down key to highlight "yes".
* Confirm the action by pressing the Power key.
* Wait for Completion: Allow the process to complete; then your phone will reboot.

Go to settings - storage and see if you are running low; sometimes this can cause issues.

Go to device care - optimize.

Go to the Samsung/Google store and make sure everything is updated.

I will add- I've seen quite a few reports of this. Make sure to go to samsung members- support- feedback

Hello 👋 @bilal116

I can appreciate how frustrating this must be 😔

May I suggest to perform a forum search as you may find already existing threads with help and advice within.

First turn the phone Off and On i.e a Soft Reboot, but if that does not help then follow this by trying a forced reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.

Then if that fails to help try > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/

Clearing the phone's System Partition Cache Files Section can help as mentioned.

  • Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port or a usb-c to usb-c phone to phone set up to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }

Ultimately you can try a Factory Reset after backing up but then set the phone back up manually.

i.e do not use that back up.

A Samsung Service Centre can assess the phone.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎
