@speedy70: Open the Chrome app > Tap the square with the number inset, located at the top of the screen > Tap the 'X' in the top right corner of the tab window > Select '+ New tab'.
To enter Incognito mode, tap the 3 dots in the top right of the screen > New Incognito tab.
