Hi how many of you are having problems with the s22 ultra ? The first phones out and have to send back. ?

I had a problem since Friday 😞 It is cutting my voice out while I'm doing my live stream on fb and if I'm using my old mobile phone I don't have any problems. So I think I'm going to send s22 ultra back and I'll keep my Samsung fold mobile.

I updated Facebook and also Samsung software, so at the moment everything is up to date , but maybe I'll need to wait for the next update from Samsung and maybe it will sort my problem. But the this is I'm doing live video quite often on fb and at the moment I can't because it is cutting my voice out so I can't keep s22 ultra and wait for next updated as I'm not sure whether it will work or not 😞 I'm really disappointed with this phone as when I had my fold 3 I never had problem like this 😞

It's abit of s nightmare. Sometimes its Facebook catching up with the new phones. That's a hard one really one what to do. I hope it gets sorted soon. Keep me updated if you send it back 🙂

Mines been great and since I got it. I hand one small issue which seems to have disappeared which is the lock screen fingerprint scanner locks up and finger print icon is jumbled up, I hit power button and then it's back.

I'm having a lot of problems with my unit, had it since 21st Feb and just rang up Samsung to complain, basically.

Clearly seems like a defective unit - averaging 2h54m On Screen Time. The performance is stuttering constantly and this is after all the updates etc.

My friend received his S22 ultra 256gb unit and was saying that his device.
Has frozen on him quite a few times I've had mine since the 25th of February I'm not experiencing any issues with the set no green or pink line on the screen it doesn't freeze on me .
The only qualm I had was the faffing about trying to claim my buds pro and the signing up for the free 12 months of Disney plus.
3 suggested that my friend factory resets his phone I've recommended that he should change his device

Got mine some days before release, and had a lot of problems. After firmware update 25th of February some problems was solved. 10th of March I returned the phone to my local store, and got a new one 15th of March. Today I was in the shop with the second phone and told them the new one had exactly the same problems! Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra seems incapable to make and receive phone calls when only on 2G/3G networks, or when you are on 5G/4G but chose to not use VoLTE.

If you want to check if your phone is affected as well, just turn of VoLTE that is on by default. My guess is that all of you will experience call problems under this scenario. Better to discover faulty phones when they still are new and under warranty.
