My phone is currently only displaying black and white or greyscale because of something I've done. I was trying to save battery energy I think, and not sure how to get colour back

Look at first to deactivate Bedroom Mode Feature which is explained in the link below.

Look at Settings, Battery and Device Care, Battery, Battery Saving and Toggle Off.
