As the s²² Series of phone's are on Pre Order and due out for delivery around the 25th of February there won't be anyone on here that can answer @Haytch 

However do take a look on YouTube as there are some good camera 1st impressions and some good articles on Tech sites.

I have watched a few YouTube videos on the camera quality of the S22 Ultra.
Seems to be better than anything out there, but also let's not forget that the Samsung units which were used are not the retail ones and also Samsung will improve the quality of photo/video a lot by means of future software updates.
All in all the biggest upgrade is software wise (AI), hardware is not that different from last year's S21 Ultra.
