Camera issue- has anyone who has had this camera issue, successfully had their Camera repaired. The issue I have is that on 1x zoom on photo/portrait/vide there is a horizontal and vertical line and also dots. When picture is taken these are clearly seen on it and you can't get rid of it after. The issue is rectified if you change the zoom. I have updated software, put phone back to manufacturers settings and this has not helped. I can't seem to find anyone who has had this issue, had it fixed successfully

Hello @Fay1968

Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👋

You may then need to let a Samsung Service Centre or Samsung Experience Store have hands on.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

That's your issue, not everyone has. Mine does not on my S22ultra.

Hi @afay1968 and welcome

It seems like you had this issue from a while now, and if nothing worked, it would be best if you let Samsung service centre check your phone and find what's causing it, you can do it from the members app support section > request service
Or use link @BandOfBrothers provided.

Hi, Have you tried using third party camera apps or expert raw to see if that affects things? Just in case it could be an app issue. Have you tried clearing the Camera app cache?
