Well, BAD morning! This is not a good morning so don't expect one.

I don't know if I'm not that fortunate with devices anymore SAMSUNG! Greenlines appeared anywhere! From my Note20 Ultra to Z Fold 3 to S22 Ultra. These phones ain't cheap and we've work hard for the money just to buy your phones.

I've already reported these issues but all I got from your AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER is I need to pay for the parts. My units don't have any physical or water damage whatsoever but the fact that these screen defects just appeared out of nowhere is just unbelieveable. My Note8 and Note10 Plus still been using by my family for almost 6 years.

SAMSUNG please give me another reason to still support your product. I've been using and supporting your devices since Note3 but if this will be your way of not to care any of your loyal patron anymore, then I think it's time for us to part. BUT for the meantime SAMSUNG, kindly fix these phones!

I hear you. I've been lucky not to experience any issues with all my devices, even out of warranty. They are extremely expensive and it must be awful when things break, especially out of warranty and you're left with another expensive repair. Saying that, are there any companies out there who's products are bullet proof.

I agree no company is bullet proof. issue here is their device durability and longevity usage.

Same thing happened to my s22 recently, I'm convinced this is a software related issue, probably caused by the new OneUI update. Samsung doesn't seem to give a sheit about this and the parts are expensive as phaque...

it is what it is I guess

Same case with my Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G. I woke up to find green line on my phone screen. Tried to reset it but didn't change. A few days later it added another line until today it has a total of 7 lines on the screen. When I contacted Samsung Customer Care in Nairobi - Kenya, I was advised to take it for screen repair which cost $300. Can Samsung address this issue before we STOP BUYING their smartphones.

I'm also facing the green line issue on my Samsung S22 Ultra 5G. It suddenly appeared while I was playing Pokémon TCG, and my phone has never fallen or been mishandled—I've always taken great care of it. It's really disappointing to see this happening without any physical damage. Samsung, please take responsibility for this green line issue and provide proper after-sales support. If this continues to be ignored, I may seriously consider switching to another flagship brand in the future.
