I've been having the same issue for the last 3 weeks as well. Its ever since I did the samsung big update. Proper Shambles! Has any one found a solution ?

I had this problem having just got an S22 new old stock model.
Found that the issue was with 'Access Points'. Mine was on something called IMS, rather than 'O2 Monthly' - changed it and problem has gone away.
Settings - Connections - Mobile Networks - Access Point Names

Hello, i recently just went through this problem also, un-ticking the option " Select Automatically " on Network Operators page worked for me, you just have to manually choose your operator.
Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Select your sim and turn off the "Select Automatically" switch.
