Anyone else having any problems with Google Pay, mine don't seen to want to work... anything I've not set up🤔

So, Samsung Pay works and I can link it to PayPal, but it's really just an awful app and I want Google Pay to work. I'm starting to wonder if Samsung Pay is blocking the ability for me to set up Google pay. That's a little too conspiracy theory like for me, but if I can't figure something else out in the next few days, my next step will be uninstalling/deactivating Samsung Pay and see if that helps.

I sorted mine by trying the solution in this link. GPay working perfectly ever since.

[S 22 Series]

I’m having issues enabling my credit card for contactless pay on Google Pay.  I migrated the data from my S10 to S22.  When I go to Google Pay I try to enable contactless pay, it tells me to contact the card issuer.  I have contacted the bank twice and they say there are no blocks on my card.  Now they’re telling me to wait a few days for them to call back.  But based in the s21 thread, I’m not sure the bank can do anything.  I cannot go to my old device as I traded it in.  The device showing under Google is the S22+  Perhaps I should have just re started from scratch instead of migrating the info like the Samsung store told me to.

my flybuys migrated without any issues and I can scan it.  Just cannot enable contactless pay with my credit card that was working fine in S10.

I cannot remove the card because of an existing subscription.  

Has anyone found a solution as to what is causing the problem.

Definitely try what IP Mac posted the link to. I had tried literally everything, spent hours on the phone with support (who was stumped) and was ready to demand a different phone from my phone company. That trick worked like magic! Restarting afterward is key

My NFC is working fine.  I can scan flybuys.  It just won’t allow me to enable contactless pay for my credit card and tells me to contact my bank,

I could use NFC with Samsung Pay just fine. I couldn't link my card or PayPal to Google Pay.
