It was fine 20 mins ago. Now it just shows a blank page with no app options

Have you tried clearing it's cache etc ?
Also sometimes if a recent software update has occurred Goodlock can sometimes take a little while to be updated.
Try a soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On.
