There might be a link or thread that I've missed but maybe I'm too stupid to see it. I can't find a code for the Disney plus boost offer. I'm signed into the members app on my S22 Ultra. I click redeem then it asks me to sign in. I click sign in, although I already am, and we go down the vortex and the page reappears with the same request to sign in. Tried desktop as well but no joy there either. I'd be grateful if anyone can put me out of my misery. Cheers

The code is emailed to you then you visit

and follow the instructions, it can take a while to receive it. Mine took around 2/3 weeks

Ps. Prob obvious but you need to sign up/ fill the form in for the offer first

I rang customer services about this yesterday, they acknowledged there is a problem with redeeming Disney+ codes. I've waited over 28 days for mine. If you ring technical support, they can escalate it and someone will ring you within 5 days with a solution.

I first struggled with accessing the site to redeem the code - Samsung internet does not work. I only found out through Reddit that you have to access the Disney+ redemption page via a non-Samsung internet browser.

You can understand why Apple don't offer promotions.

Thanks for the quick reply. Nothing is obvious in life when you have the IQ of a hamster! I haven't found any forms to fill in yet but I live in hope.

Hi sorry for the delay, this is the form I meant, you just need to make sure your phone was bought from a participating retailer, fill in your email so they can send your code when it's ready Date of purchase etc

I used Google chrome to visit / fill it in.

The link may take you to the main landing page, as I only qualified for 6months and I believe you get 12 so I had to remove '6m' off the end of the Web address, just click the redeem word on the disney picture
