Hello.
I just received S22 and literally one day later a retailer called me offering the same phone on a 24 month contract that will work out £200 cheaper over 2 years even with a £100 Christmas cashback.
14 days cooling off period has a few conditions for re: full refund, below:
 A full refund will not be provided (and a reduced amount refunded instead) if:

a) you have handled the product more than if you were reviewing it in a retail store before purchase, including if you have installed the product(s), connected the product(s) to services such as water or gas, or inputted any data, or installed software, we will make a deduction from your refund for the reduction in value of the product(s);

I set the phone up and installed a few apps and used it for 1 day. Also removed the film from the top of the screen ( it fell off ). I assume they will deduct some money for this.

 Online chat lady said a full refund will be given but in case it's not the case, excuse the pun, does anyone know what sort of deduction there might be? If it's something like 30% of the phone value then I won't bother.

Many thanks in advance.

I knew it was too good to be true!! I looked at the email more closely. The email address is info@currypcsworld.co.uk not curryspcworld. None of the banners are clickable. Their contact number 03333030995 has been reported multiple times as a scam!

Just goes to show how easy it is to get caught out by scams. They can be very sophisticated.
But as you found out, there's always little giveaways in the details
