Took an S22+ to use it with the company's work profile; big mistake.
The S22 series does not support the mute button of Poly headsets.
I guess this issue is common to all Bluetooth headsets since the mechanism is the same for all.
Samsung answer is that they don't support 3rd party accessories...
So be warned if you don't intend to or can't buy a Samsung BT headset.
These Poly HS are UC versions and have been working with every phone in the market till now.
Only once I had an issue limited to Skype/Teams but never with the phone itself.
This also prevents the use of the mute button with Teams.
If I knew I'd have bought a much cheaper phone, there were Oneplus or Oppo alternatives.
Thought Samsung would have been a no-brainer to avoid this kind of issues, instead is the opposite.
I can use the "soft" mute on the phone or the Teams App.
But it's not going to be in sync with the mute button function of the headset.
Which always leads in a continuous "Can you hear me?" during the meetings...
I'm basically forced to use only the soft button.
