I've got the update on my flip 5 and generally happy with it except I can't update Samsung galaxy store so therefore I can't download languages or update them to damaging keyboard. I've tried clearing cache and data. I can't uninstall any updates! Show downloads up to around 57mb then freezes the update is just over 66mb! I don't know what to do and I don't want to do a total factory reset again!
