eSIM problem

Hi.

Today I downloaded esim from Lycamobile(UK), started to install and worked for few seconds. After that I lost network on all of the SIMs, checked in sim manager and it is stucked on loading screen. Somehow my physical sims disappeared and only esim available although nothing can be done to it. Can not change it o delete it. Cleared cached, done factory reset and nothing, it is still there not usable. Tried everything.

I'm having the exact same issue! 2 hours ago everything was working fine for 3 days. I bought a esim for airalo. Now none of my esims work and my physical sims also don't work either. I need a solution asap!!

Hi all,

I am having the same issue with my Sky e-sim (UK network). Their e-sim is not compatible with S22 Ultra which was not initially told.

After going through forums, I decided to backup my phone and factory reset, this has not worked. I am tempted to flash the device however this is very complicated and so will wait for my appointment booked in with the Samsung Store close to me. 

Can not believe I am facing this issue like so many other people. Surely Samsung are aware of this and need to enable a solution for us to remove e-sims that have corrupted the device. 

Your primary physical sim card will work in another device, my e-sim was a secondary sim I thought I would use.

Same issue here. Travelling for work and all of a sudden my sim got locked. I had an eSim from airalo installed in the USA and now I'm screwed. Thanks Samsung. Really annoying this. Also tried a factory reset but had no affect.

Same here as well.. went on a trip, activated Airall esim, it was working for a few hours and now both esim and physical sim are not working.... and i cant even delete the esim, it keeps loading and call settings app crashes...

I have exactly the same issue with Galaxy s22 ultra. Physical sim is not visible even after factory reset and update by new pure ROM S908BXXU6CWH5. Update through odin and PC (after that can`t finish configuration process even when connected to wifi AP.)

SAMSUNG support WAKE UP !!! . On internet I found many the same issues !!!

My S22 Ultra is USELESS now

I did completely the same, and nothing, problem still occurs.
Basically, as you said, phone is useless now.
I read somewhere that installing another eSIM helped some people, but I am not sure this can help us. 

Samsung should take this seriously as all forums are quickly filling up with this issue

Yes I did with older and the newest firmware without results. Only one thing improved with older firmware...I passed google authorisation and recovered backup ...but still eSim card is in system (not active anymore) and no any physical sim card is visible. So I can use internet on phone only when connected to wi-fi. (calling and sms impossible). I have no idea how it`s possible that eSim is still existing in the system after factory reset and overvrite by many Roms.

Any Idea?
