After new One UI update, issued yesterday for S22 Ultra. Esim connectivity is lost.

Which network provider?

Try toggling on/off your eSIM. Try toggling on/off Flight mode.

Tried everything. Had to switch back to physical sim after trying new e-sim

Could you try reaching out to your eSIM network provider so they can investigate. They should be able to offer you better help.
