How do I change the colour of notifications on my lock screen?

My phone had an update last night and the notifications and time on my lock screen are now red, it hurts my eyes! How do I change the colour??

Settings - wallpaper and style - select the lock screen and tap on the clock to see the colours available.

You may need to use goodlock for the notification icons.
