Email App not syncing - Flag

Hello.
I use office 365 mail and when I put a flag on a message, it doesn't sync with other devices. This problem exists on different my email accounts.

I use only the built-in application - email.

The same problem was on the old phone - #Samsungs10+

The problem has been there for six months.
