Sync issues

I have email contacts and calendar on exchange server. Accounts set up on the phone. Activesync is installed. Contacts and calendar apps aren't syncing. Just says sync isn't working right now, last successful one was last October. Any ideas why this isn't working any more?

Might be who you are using to sync your contacts and calendar if it's a third party app instead of using Google or Samsung
