First open the modes and routines app (using good lock download routines+ as well), and then add a new routine and scroll far down until you see spen action, then click it, so the "if" part should be spen action. Then for the "then" part scroll all the way down again to see good lock, then click on it to see touch macro, click on it and then go on to the app you need this to happen and press record and scroll and save it.
After you named and saved the touch macro, select it.
After that do the same for scrolling down as well.
And after you did all this you'll be able to scroll up and down using the air actions of your spen, while pressing and holding the spen button do the up gesture to scroll up, and down gesture to scroll down.

I added liking feature too, since that's usefull too, and I used right gesture, because double press didn't work for some reason.
