The latest information we have  suggests that the One Ui 7 Beta will only be available for the S24 series, will need to wait for the stable release.  Whilst Sammobile not an official source it is usually reliable. https://www.sammobile.com/news/one-ui-7-beta-program-uncertain-for-pre-galaxy-s24-devices/

It won't get the beta version. However a stable release should get released soon. But it's worth the wait.

Probably not now if the rumours come true. The stable Ui7 is very soon so just wait until after the unpacked in January and then the full stable version is released February/March.
