One UI 7.0 not letting me use my phone

The update to One UI 7.0 happened this morning. Now when I power on I get the welcome screen with start button, then the Galaxy AI screen telling all the apps that now have AI, so I scroll up to change the button from "more" to "next", then I gat a black screen with the android robot peeking upside down from left upper corner (IE software error). I can scroll sideways to another screen but it's black. I use my phone for work this is urgent. How can I get help?

You could also try clearing the app cache. I did that recently and it improved the performance of the phone. Power off the device ...plug in a usbc cable ...and then hold power on and the vol up button until you get the bootloader screen. Several options...scroll down using the volume buttons to clear app cache. And use the power button to initiate it. Then reboot the phone. Hopefully that might solve it. Dont do the factory reset by mistake....they are really close together in the menu there. Hope it works for you
