Display black out while playing videos in Chrome

Anyone else noticed this in their S22 series? While playing videos through chrome, display consistently stutters and blacks out while keeping audio playing in the background. 

Slower, but stable Arm Mali GPU was far better than this unstable experience from AMD GPU! Why Samsung why?
