Ive tried everything everyone has suggested and still cant generate code grrr. Please samsung can you help or is it a marketing con?

The Team here would only be able to direct you to the current sticky thread about the Disney + promotion with the information contained, and the link included that eligible people are using to generate their unique code to use that to enjoy the offer.
I'd suggest to keep trying.
