I’ve been using Samsung phones for over 15 years and have always appreciated the user experience, but the latest software update on my Galaxy S22 has been a huge letdown. The new UX/UI changes have made it much harder to quickly access settings and apps that aren’t on the main screen. The shortcut access feels downgraded and overall navigation is less intuitive than before. This is by far the worst update I’ve experienced from Samsung. I hope the team will listen to user feedback and consider restoring the features and convenience that made previous versions so much better.
