Dexcom g6

Hi all, my little girl just got her dexcom g6 blood glucose machine today,  it's saying its not compatible with my s22 ultra (so I can see her glucose levels  without finger pricking her) is there anyone who has or knows someone having the same problem and what they do? Thanks in advance

Is anyone having trouble using the boyda for the g6 it still won't work on my s22+ iv tried all ways but unsuccessful. I dont want to send the phone back as it was a Christmas present. Any help will be much appreciated

Has anyone tries this with the s23 ultra with any success?

I was able to download the app through smart switch to the new device, but when I click on the app, it tells me that the phone isn't compatible.
