Is the screen cracked or am I looking at your 1st picture wrongly ?
If it is cracked then Samsung wouldn't be able to assist until it's repaired to bring the phone back to warranty standard which will cost you as this type of damage isn't covered under the 24 month warranty.
If it isn't cracked then a Samsung Service Centre can help.
However beforehand go into your phone app and in the dial pad key in *#0*#
Scroll through the colour panels a few times as this has been known to jolt pixels into life.

In that case @Ceoh then do try the panels I've mentioned but if that does not help a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre will need to have hands on.
