Since the latest upgrade to One UI 6.1 on my phone the ring tone on my Vonage app no longer works. The app is working and shows when an incoming call is being recieved, but the phone only vibrates without any ringtone. Have tried everything and have gone through Vonage support who have confirmed there is no issue their end. Any ideas?

I've not used the Vonage app myself but have a look at the ringtone settings and in particular the vibration with 'sync with ringtone.'

I just changed the vibration setting type and the ringtone came back on my phone. It may work the same with the app maybe?

I'm sure someone familiar with the app will be along shortly though if this doesn't help
