Claiming free smart tag with S22+

Anyone know how to claim their free smart tag after buying an S22+

Can you link to the offer you've seen that includes the smart tag as a free promotional item @Aidan92  ?

I can see various offers on the Samsung Online Shop Site UK for 6 months of Disney+ and 30% off cases.

I can see that a smart tag can be added for £29.00.

Doesn't seem to be on current offers now - it's possible I should have added it to my basket back when I purchased my S22+ for it to work, but I could have sworn the offer was to redeem after the purchase had been made

Ah maybe as I'm in the UK it didn't work. I don't see that option, but my sim has been in the sim card 2 slot for a week, would changing it to the sim card 1 slot maybe sort this? Have tried this and will wait 24hrs

Did you order the phone direct with Samsung UK or via a network @Aidan92  ?

Moving the sim card from sim slot 1 to sim slot 2 won't make any difference as the offer in that link isn't for the UK.

Directly through Samsung UK. Viewed all redeemable Samsung offers and can't see any relating to a smart tag - I definitely recall a smart tag offer being advertised when buying the phone, but maybe it needed to be added to my basket

Possible @Aidan92 but I haven't seen it.

I purchased my Samsung Smart Tag along with my Samsung Galaxy Watch⁴ Classic cheaper as I added it to the basket when I made the purchase from Samsung UK.

So it may have been an offer at the time that indeed needed to be added to the basket before the checkout stages.
