Can no longer edit all pictures in a burst series at the same time

I used to be able to select one picture in a burst series, click the pencil icon to edit it, rotate it, then when I saved it it would save all pics in that burst to the same. This feature seems to have changed now to only effect the single pic in the burst. 

If one burst pic needs rotating, all the pics in that burst will be the same surely ?

This was fixed after I made this post, but the problem seems to get reintroduced every time theres an update. 2024 again if I edit and rotate a burst series (upsidedown burst do happen a lot in sport burst shots as you are usually running around at the time) it only rotates a single image in the burst instead of them all.
